Thursday Announcements

MILITARY REFUSAL FORMS
All juniors and seniors this is the final request for Refusal Forms for Military Information Request. If you have not turned in your form to your homeroom teacher already please turn in these forms to the office by this Friday, September 16th.

PSAT
Attention all 10th and 11th graders: 
Sign-ups for PSAT

run through October 7th, the cost is $15. 
Please see Mrs. Monroe in guidance to sign up. 
LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS available.
The PSAT will take place on October 19th during school.

DRAMA CLUB
Drama club will meet today, at 3:10  in Mrs. Campbell's room 704H to announce the Spring Musical and go over basic information concerning the musical.

FFA
If any FFA member would like to attend Regional Leadership Conference next Tuesday, September 20th, you must let Mrs. Jensen know by the end of the school day tomorrow. The cost is $4 & you may pay at any time before Tuesday.

Any FFA members attending the National FFA Convention must pay Mrs. Jensen your deposit by Wednesday of next week. After Wednesday, no more students will be allowed to add their name to the list. See Mrs. Jensen with any questions.

BASKETBALL
The Mens' basketball program will have open gym today starting at 3:15.

GOLF
Congratulations to Mallory Fobes for winning yesterdays conference golf match. She shot a one under 34 which is the school record in girls golf.

FALL BLOOD DRIVE
Our Fall Blood Drive will be Friday, September 30th. The blood drive will be held in honor of Marshall Baker. Students 16 years of age will need a parental consent to donate. All donors will need a photo ID.  Students will be available during lunches for you to sign up to donate or you may see Mrs Sloan.
Any HOSA student willing to work the blood drive or help with donor sign ups during a lunch should see Mrs Sloan in room 520E.

ALUMNI NIGHT
Forbush High School  will celebrate it's 50th Year tomorrow night, September the 16th!  
All former FHS Faculty and Students are invited for Alumni Night.
Festivities begin in the courtyard at 6:00 pm with a hot dog supper.
