If you are interested in being a HOSA officer for next year applications are available from Mrs. Sloan

DRAMA CLUB 5/9 & 5/17
Drama Club will meet Wednesday, May 9th at 7:40am in Mrs. Campbell's room. 
We will be announcing our Fall Musical during this meeting. You do not want to miss it!

EVENTS
FTCC 5/3

Forsyth Technical Community College admission representative Eddie Waddell will be here today from 11:10–1:30 in the A building lobby. He is available to talk with any students interested in attending FTCC.  Any senior who has applied to FTCC, needs to talk to Mr. Waddell today. He will assist with any questions you may have.

AWARDS DAY 5/4
Seniors, tomorrow is our Awards Day program. Seniors who have communicated with Ms. Mitze about their achievements will be recognized. Accomplishments that will be recognized include scholarships, college admission, skills awards, 200+ volunteer hours, and military enlistment. Parents & guests are welcome to attend. All parents and guests are asked to arrive by 1pm to be seated prior to senior procession.    
Reminder-
Seniors, if you do not wear your graduation clothes or bring your cap and gown tomorrow, you will not be allowed to participate in the Awards Day activities.
If you need graduation clothes - please see Mr. Hauser, Mr. Seth Davis, or Mr. Hutchens today.
Please write your name in the cap and in the back neck of your gown.
Be careful not to lose your tassel or cap.  Replacement tassels are $10.00 and we have a limited number available.  Also, we have very few extra caps.

JUNIOR COLLEGE NIGHT 5/10
Class of 2019 - Junior Parent Night is May 10th at 6:00pm in the auditorium.  It is time to start planning for college. Come learn and review questions about the college process, ACT & SAT college testing, tools to find college money, applying for financial aid, what to put on your resume, recommendations, and more! See Ms Mitze with questions.

CREDIT RECOVERY
Students, if you are interested in summer school opportunities through the Yadkin Virtual Academy or for Credit Recovery, please pick up an application in the front office. We have a limited number of spots, so please complete an application and return it to the office as soon as possible.
