Monday Announcements

HOSA
HOSA will continue collecting Ban-Aids for Brenner's next week during
fourth period. Please bring in new unopened boxes of character Band
Aids, such as Frozen, Cars, Snoopy, Minions etc.We will have two
collection days, Friday 1/27 and Friday 2/3.
The overall winner fourth period will receive a cupcake and popcorn party.

SKILLS
Friday, February 3rd is the deadline for nut money and Skills fees.
If you are traveling to regionals on the 27th, you must see Mr. Senter
this week to make arrangements.

JR. CIVITAN
The next Jr. Civitan meeting will be this Thursday morning, February
2nd, at 7:35am in room 604G. Events for the month of February will be
discussed. All members please plan to attend.

WRESTLING
The wrestling team would like to thank all of our faculty and staff
who assisted in some way to make the Conference tournament one of the
best. We placed 7th out of our 8 wrestlers in the top 3.
Taking 3rd place and earning honorable mention all conference was Zach
Murray, Jovany Pozo, Cody Farmer, and Jonathan Lopez.
Taking 2nd place and earning all conference: Chase Farmer.
Earning 1st place and all conference: Caleb Price and Edwin Alvarenga.
Edwin Alvarenga was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament
and wrestler of the year for the Conference.
Congratulations to all our wrestlers.
Wish them luck as they now prepare for regionals next week.

CHEER
The FHS competition cheerleading squad will host a Cheer Showcase on
Saturday, February 4th. This event will begin at 1pm and will be held
in the Forbush gym.. Admission is $5 and concessions and vendors will
be available during the event.

Yearbooks will be on sale for the last time this year starting next
week, February 6th-10th. Yearbooks are $60. You can also pay the
remaining balance on a book at this time. Limited number of books
left, so reserve your copy next week!

LUNCHROOM CHARGES
Students who have charged more than $5 on their breakfast/lunch
account will be required to come to the office during their breakfast/
lunch to pick up a Meal Pass Ticket. These tickets must be presented
at the checkout register in the lunch room in order to receive a meal.
