SENIORS
If you have been accepted at one or more colleges

SCIENCE OLYMPIAD
Anyone planning to participate in the Science Olympiad Competition in
​ ​
February needs to see Mr. McCarn this week to let him know which
​ ​
events you will participate in.  Also if you have not signed up there
​ ​
is still time to get involved with Science Olympiad.  Just see Mr.
​ ​
McCarn in 817J to get information.

​DECA
DECA will meet after school today in Mrs Pardue's room.  Discussing State Competition and MCEC results. Meeting will end by 3:30.

First Place Apparel & Accessories Marketing - Anna Kathryn Kilby
Anna Kathryn Kilby also won top test medallion for AAM

Second Place Quick Serve Restaurant Management - Sierra Winters
Sierra Winters also won top test medallion and top role play medallion for QSRM

Jamie Beamguard - top test medallion and overall finalist for Quick Serve Restaurant Management

Jake Baity - top test medallion for Sports and Entertainment Marketing

Mallory Fobes - top test medallion for Principles of Marketing

All Forbush Students that attended also earned the proficiency award! 

FFA
The results of the FFA Livetock Judging Event are in!
Our FFA members (Haley Flippin, Wesley Ratledge & Zach Morris) placed 3rd on the regional level. While they didn't place to go onto the National event, a regional placing is terrific!

SENIOR ADS
Online senior ad and payment is due December 16th. Please see the FHS
website yearbook page (under the student tab) for all the information.

ANGEL TREE
If you have already bought your Angel Tree gift please bring it in early!
The sooner the better! All gifts are due December 6th.
Please bring unwrapped Angel Tree gifts to Mrs. Gentry in the office,
and be sure the paper ornament is taped securely to your gift.
Students who shop will receive 2 hours of community service.
