The B.I.O.N.I.C Team Planning Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April
10th 7:30am in the Library.
BIONIC stands for "Believe It Or Not I Care".
Students and Faculty come to learn more about what this team has to
offer and collaborate
with one another to leave our campus better than we found it through
ACTIONS, learning EVENTS, and DISCUSSIONS.

Skills field trip parent forms need to be turned in by tomorrow
morning. If you need a form, pick one up from Mr. Senter. NO FORM
MEANS NO TRAVEL

JROTC
Congratulations to the Falcon Battalion JROTC in winning the East
Rowan Drill Meet on Saturday.
1st Place-Platoon Armed / Squad Armed / Squad Un-Armed / Individual
(Travis Johnson) and Duet (Brendan Brittain and Mikey Akers)
2nd Place-Color Guard / Platoon Un-Armed
1st Place Overall

HOSA
Forbush HOSA students attended the 42nd Sate Leadership Conference
this past week and represented our school well.
While at the conference students participated in competitive events,
educational symposiums, and healthcare expo.
NC HOSA has over 9, 500 members.
Forbush as a chapter received recognition for: Gold Stat Chapter, Gold
Star Advisor, as well as our work with the American Red Cross for
blood donations.

Thank you for all of your support for the 35 students that attended.
Several of these students have qualified to compete at the
International Competition in Dallas TX this summer.

QUIZ BOWL
Do you think you know more than Mr.Sawyer?
Here is your chance to prove it.
Mr. Sawyer and the Forbush Quiz bowl team will be holding a trivia
contest Wednesday morning at 7:45 am in the library.
The winner will win a FREE beverage at Sheetz and bragging rights
should they defeat Mr. Sawyer.

GUIDANCE
Scholarships for March 30th, 31st or April 1st the DEADLINE is March 29th.
The Winston Salem Foundation Scholarships are by by April 1st.
Check email to apply for SEVERAL Scholarships offered through the
Winston Salem Foundations.

SENIORS
Complete Senior Exit Survey by April 16th.
Turn in copies of College Acceptance Letters and College Financial
Award Letters to school counseling office by April 16th.
Check your student email for survey and full instructions.
See Ms Mitze or Mrs. Monroe if you have questions.

UPCOMING EVENTS
2018 PROM
Prom is April 14th at Bermuda Run from 7:00-11:00pm.
Tickets will be on sale in the Lobby of A during all lunches through March 29th.

SPRING MUSICAL Tickets for Into The Woods Junior are on SALE,see a
cast/crew member or Mrs. Campbell.
Tickets are $10, children 5 & under are FREE!
Show times April 20th & 21st at 7:00 in the auditorium.

BARNSTORMING TICKETS
ACC Barnstorming Tickets are on sale $12 each, CASH ONLY!
Purchase tickets in the office before school, during lunch or after school.

REMINDERS
Spring Break begins this Friday, March 30th-Friday April 6th. Students
return on Monday, April 9th.
