Thursday Announcements

HOSA
There will be a required meeting for all students attending HOSA State
Leadership Conference next Thursday, March 16th after school in 520 E.

SCIENCE OLYMPIAD
Students from Forbush High School participated last week at Regional  Science Olympiad Competition at Wake Forest University.
Please Congratulate the following competitors.
Sierra Winters and Suzie Beamguard were First Place Winners in the Ecology Event and Third Place Winners in the Rocks and Minerals Event.
Hunter Kepley and Zach Murray were Third Place Winners in the Towers Event.
Danielle Barber and Jacob Brendle were Third Place Winners in the Anatomy and Physiology Event.
Jamie Beamguard and Nick Marshall competed in the Duck Tape Challenge Event and Write It do It Event.
In addition Sierra Winters and Suzie Beamguard qualified to compete at the State Level at North Carolina State Universtiy.
Congratulations to all these students representing Forbush High School. 

PROM TICKETS
Prom ticket are on sale this week through March 10th in the lobby of A building during all lunches. Junior and senior tickets are $20. Freshmen and sophomore tickets are $25, but can only be purchased by upperclassmen. Outside guest tickets $30. Outside guests must complete an "Outside Guest" form, which is available on the school website, in the office, or in room 703H. Completed forms must be submitted by this Friday, March 10th. Students who owe school debt, including cafeteria charges, will not be able to purchase tickets until all debts are paid in full. No refunds will be issued for ticket sales.
TICKET PRICES  INCREASE $10 AFTER FRIDAY.

SPRING PICTURE DAY
Spring picture day is scheduled for Friday, March 17th. Order forms are in the office. Students may pay online or bring cash or a check to the photographer March 17th. Picture packages range in price from $20 to $56. Choose from six packages, three poses and six backgrounds! Pick up your order form today!

CONCERT
The FHS Bush Band Spring Wind Ensemble Concert is scheduled for Monday, March 13th, at 7pm in the Forbush Auditorium. We look forward to seeing you there!
