If you failed to sign up OR you missed your test day this week, you MUST go by 303C TODAY and see when you can makeup your district online test on Monday. Testing window is closing and you will not be able to go to DECA competition if you do not take this online test.

HOSA

All HOSA Students attending district competition tomorrow should meet in 520E at 7:15am in official HOSA Dress.

The senior superlative list for the yearbook was sent out via email this morning. Please fill it out and submit it before you leave for Thanksgiving Break.

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!
Our FHS Angel Tree is up in the office!
1. Stop by the office and select your paper ornament from our tree! Each paper ornament has a single item listed to shop for, and on the back is complete detailed information.

2. Next go SHOP!
3. Bring the unwrapped gift to Mrs. Gentry in the office! Please be sure the paper ornament is taped securely to your gift. All gifts are due December 8th.
Students who shop will receive a total of 2 hours of community service! Ask Mrs. Gentry in the office if you have any questions.

Seniors whohave not completed a college application are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to participate. 

Students will use CFNC.org online application to apply for admission to a NC colleges or universities.  

See Ms Mitze or Mrs Monroe for prep packet. 

Students must sign up for specific period & time to attend.  

Deadline to sign up is today November 9th.

JR. CIVITAN

Jr. Civitan members, don't forget that this tomorrow's meeting will start early at 7:40am. We will begin with our regular agenda and breakfast, followed by our Operation Christmas Child packing party. Members who signed up for Operation Christmas Child, please make sure you bring your items to the meeting. Shoe boxes and shipping fees are covered by the club, only bring the gifts. We look forward to seeing all Jr. Civitan members tomorrow at 7:40am!

HOSA

There will be a HOSA meeting on Thursday Morning at7:30 am in Mrs Sloan's room.

T shirt orders and money are due November, 9th. Shirts must be paid for before they will be orders.

Club representatives and advisers, this is a reminder that our first Intra-Club Council meeting is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 7:30am in the media center. This meeting is for the student representatives for each of our Forbush clubs and extracurricular programs. Last year, our Paws for the Cause Campaign raised over $1.200!!!! 

This year we only raised a little under $300! 

Our goal this year is to raise $1,000! 

SOOOOOOOO we are extending our campaign one more week to try and reach our goal of $1,000! 

This weeks winning class will be rewarded with an all you can eat pancake breakfast! 

AND the top 5 winning teachers will receive a "1st period Coverage Voucher" to use anytime this school year! 

The Animal Shelter REALLY needs our help! 

Last weeks winning class was Mrs. Sloan's 1st period who raised $113!!!!
